For innovation, PROCONSI relies on a Research and Development team (R&D) which studies and chooses the most appropriate technology in order to develop and update its applications and projects. 

Our principal lines of operation are:

• Identification of the need for a new technology product which could be useful in any area of our business.
• Planned research on the existence of products, technologies or knowledge which is similar to those which we are planning to develop.
• Analysis of the shortages or weaknesses of what is already available and the design of an plan to mitigate these, improving existing products or designing new ones.
• Development of non-saleable prototypes or pilot projects which demonstrate the innovations they represent.
• Collaboration in planning and supervision of the development of such products.
• Improvement of our own developments based on experience gained through production and implementation, all within the framework of continual improvement.
• Conception of advanced specialist software. For example: the Design of human interfaces which make systems accessible.  High performance graphic interfaces for the organisation of documents and specialist interfaces for disabled users.
