Hydrocarbon tax return management, established by the transport officials

All legally stipulated duties are specifically considered:

  • This offers an informative system, using an accounting system that is capable of reflecting the movement of diesel held in each installation and gathering detailed data on each delivery, in line with article 5 of Order EHA/3929/2006C.
  • Quarterly reports on completed deliveries may be created as telemetrically presented files.
  • Annual declarations may be generated declaring the distance travelled over the year for each vehicle named in the Beneficiaries register.
  • Management of official reports and forms

  • A variety of statistical and graphical summaries to monitor vehicles, cards, deliveries, procurement etc.

A variety of data entry methods

  • Manual entry by the user.
  • Import of files, in cases where users already have their own petrol hoses in their facilities and who generate data electronically (Excel, ASCII…).
  • Import of data from Proconsi installed petrol pumps, for those users who want this service, through GPRS, Bluetooth, or TCP/IP communication.  In this case, bank cards themselves may be used to control access to the pumps.
